I'm 2!

Hey Everyone, Mommy and daddy finally figured out the world wide web and started this blog to keep you all updated on our family. I have something very important that I'd like to tell you...I'm 2 years old now! I like being two. I like sleeping in my big girl bed (it has Winnie the Pooh sheets!). I can talk very well, I like to sing, read stories (the same ones over and over), play with my toys, play with my friend Bethany and my favorite bunny, help bake things in the kitchen, and run around and climb on things. I am 35.5" tall (almost 3'!) and 26.5lbs. I am getting to be such a big girl.

I had a very fun birthday. On Saturday, mommy and daddy took me to a special climbing playplace (Jungle Java) and to my favorite place to eat, Pizza Hut! Daddy crawled around through all the tunnels with me even though he was too big. Mommy is REALLY too big and wouldn't even fit. Oh well, I had lots of fun with daddy. Grandma came over to celebrate on Sunday and we also went to two different Superbowl parties. I had been telling Mommy and Daddy for weeks that for my birthday I wanted a Pooh cake, Tigger candles, and a Pooh present. Look at the great Pooh cakes that they made me!

Daddy mostly made the Pooh one and Meghan Armstrong was the creative genius behind the green one. I loved them both along with my Pooh presents. I got a lot of great new things, but the best part is that they have been coming slowly so it feels like it's been my birthday for weeks!
